converting 5x5.5" to 5x135mm
i would like to convert my 67 from 5x5.5 to 135mm, is this possible? has anyone ever thought of it or done it? i would like to do it without installing a IFS on the front, the rear shouldnt be too hard, i can probably find the axles, along with that i want disc brakes. would anyone know of any conversion kits for this application?

wheel adapters are pretty common and should be available at any of the big discount tire and wheel stores like discount tire direct or tire rack. your local tire shop should be able to get them as well. if you already have some wheels in mind they can be redrilled to the 5x5.5.

ive' done the opposite on our race car. just filled the holes by welding beads, and hardened it, then re-drilled them. works fine, and you can't tell
