Anyone Found Headers for a 5.8L E350

One of the exhaust manifolds in my 2003 E350 (5.8L V8) has a crack/leak. The whole exhaust system is mostly original and not in great shape. Rather than going through the trouble to replace the manifold with a used stock manifold I was thinking of doing a whole exhaust system. I've checked Summit and Jegs, but they don't have headers that will fit my van. It seems like a long shot, but Has anyone found headers for an 5.8L E350?

Are you sure the motor is a 5.8 ? I thought Ford had switched to the modular motors by 2003 (5.4, 6.8 ).
