is a 352 the same as a 390 except for the bore and stroke,???? :? :? :? :wel:

352 is

4.00 bore block
long rods
3.5 stroke crank

390 is
4.05 bore
short rods
3.78 stroke

by boring the 352 .050 over and installing 390 crank,rods and pistons you would have a standard bore 390

Are the blocks the same ......NO

They have different cylinder core molds
