My truck is a 69 ranger swb with 76 front suspension change for disk brakes. It seems in order to get the wheels I want I will need to use adapters to get to a smaller bolt pattern (5x4.75) and to get away from the 87 mm base of the hub. Do people use adapters? Do I need hub centric adapters?
I am looking to go with 17x8 up front and 18x9.5on the rear with 4.5 back spacing. Wheels might be showheel streeter or boss 338 with gray centers.
Wheel adapters?
