Does anyone know the fitting size for the crown vic front brake hoses?

The hard line connecting to the flexible brake hose has a metric bubble flare. The factory fitting is 10 mm x 1.00. You will need a 13 mm flare nut wrench to loosen/tighten the factory line fitting.
