More info required. What are you trying to ascertain?
Front suspension is very different in that the 64 are leaf springs and an I beam axel. 68 is twin I beam coil spring an a dirty great big crossmember to suit. Length etc I think is the same I believe.
What is the project? The more info you give us the more we can help.

I looked at the porterbilt kit and I don't think it is for you. The frames changed between 64 and 65 in the front suspension. I think if porterbilt kit would fit they would advertise it so they could sell more. It may be able to be modified to fit but I guess it won't be a direct bolt in. Alternatively you could look at these guys products.
