Wheel spacers

Post by 19agin »

Has anyone used these on your truck? I would just like to even up the front and rear axle widths. Most of the spacers I see are at least 1.25". It's okay if the rears are a little farther out, but I don't want them sticking out too much further than the front. I'm not sure how much wider the front axle is compared to the rear. :hmm:

I haven't used spacers but whatever you decide, make sure there is enough stud thread left to completely fill the lugnut. Even if it means installing longer axle studs.

I have used the 1.25 spacers on the back for this same purpose. However, they can decrease bearing life and I don't recommend heavy loads.

Interesting. Thank you for the info. I has seen these online and was curious. I think I'll pass on using them. Thank you !
