Suspension 1968 F100

Post by pcoool »

I have a 1968 F100. It came with a 6 cyl. And now it has a 351W.
This truck is imported of me from Calif. to Sweden.
I have a problem with registration inspection here in Sweden.
The 1968 F100 came with different engine alternatives two 6 cyl and 3 V8`s I think.
What I need is information regarding if there was any differences in front suspension for
the 6 cyl trucks and the V8 trucks. What I have found out is the coil springs.
1055-lb vs 1175-lb.
Is there a website with info regarding this inspection problem.

There shouldn't be much of a difference between the weight of the 300 I6 or 351 v8 engines. The FE 360" engines are heavier than either.
