wooden arm rests

Post by Heathcliff68f100 »

Any woodworkers out there ever thought about carving their armrests out of wood?

My brother did just that for his 67. He also did a jataba (sp) radio plate, and filled all foe wood grain with real. Had a VERY nice "console" that went from under dash to hump. The truck's LONG gone, but I imagine that he's got some pics of it all. I'll ask next time I see him.
Man can't gap a spark plug, but whoa what he can do with wood.

Here's a few pictures I saved from an E-bay listing several years ago. The owner of this truck must have been a woodworker.
