wiper motor problem and questions.

Post by rjewkes »

ok y'all. My 72 has two problems 1 it only everyonce in a blue moon(days it doesn't need to) When switched off returns to original position.

And when used in combo with the heater, Starts to chirp and then in middle of usage just stops let it cool and all is good. Only thing i can think is when i replaced my driverside arm I may have forgotten to replace the bushing/pin or what ever little plastic sleeve. Any ideas?

I don't want to give em a heart-attack. That is what would happen if I answered the door in the buff. Heck it almost scares me to death when I step out of the shower and look in the mirror.~Mancar1~

I'm thinking clean the battery cables and connections and squirt some oil on the wiper linkage. may also be that the wiper motor is getting tired. That's my 2 cents
