TD, not saying your advice isn't spot on just wanted to question the spring hanger flip, is welding required or can grade 8 fasteners suffice?

Banjo,

grade 8 will do fine, thats what i used on mine and no probs at all!
you will use two of the existing stock wholes and have to drill two of your own.
i also removed a little material off the bottom edge of the hanger which when flipped will
be the top and clearance is tight against the bed floor so its a good idea to make a little
more room so's not to have any vibration rattling issues.

i would stay away from the round tube arms, a lot of people say the will flex and bend, nobody likes to flex but td when he flexs his tire smokin truck 8)

i cant seam to find any of the recpts,
the good thing is all the stuff you can get from autozone or a parts place of your liking
i have not put the rear disc on yet eather. i bought the disc from a place on the web cause the could drill and slot them. just google drilled and slotted disc.
the front are just ford truck and the rear is jeep 80'-82'. the rear kit that i have used before and works very good is from b.c.broncos.
you can get the whole kit or just the brackets then buy the stuff from parts place, thats what i did
