rear steer to front steer

does anyone know what year the fullsize ford trucks switched over? was it when they switched from the beam setup to the A-arm aetup? So like 97?

I had an 88 2wd that had the A-arm setup.

So I am gonna say 88

was it rear or front steer? sorry if i wasnt clear haha. im just wanting to know when the steering went from behind the crossmember to the front of it.

Oh that I don't know.

Been awhile since I had it and the only reason I got rid of it was it was wrecked.

1980 put the steering box in the front
68 F100 soon to be on an 80's 4x4 frame and 300-4spd
69 F100 300-4spd
78 F150 300-3spdOD

97 up Fords have front steer
toyota tundras have rear steer
