Thanks Kraig...I've known about them, and THOUGHT I had a link to their site on the LINKS page, but I guess not. I'll add that one this evening.
Their door panels are pretty cool.

I'd be interested to see how those would turn out in one of our trucks. I Hacked up my panels pretty bad, someone should get some more information on them, or has someone had an experience with them?

I requested a catalog and sent in a email asking for more pics of 67-72 stuff. I'll share any info they send. My kick panels are rusted pretty good. It would be nice if I could stop the rust with POR or something similar then cover them up with a kick panel.

I agree, the velcro idea is bad. I'd rather get some screws with the sort of built-in cupped washer and use those to fasten it. Rod doors panels seem to come uncovered, but it looks like they have some sort of pattern engraved into them. I'd rather have plain.
I am thinking about making a cardboard pattern, getting some sheet styrene, glueing carpet to it and making my own kick panels.
Has anyone here made their own kick panels?

they do come uncovered but have the pattern on them. i do not have them but i have talked to the guys there. i have a catalog but i do not remember seeing the kick panels they are listed just no pictures.
Carpet? In a truck? How do you hose it out when you come home from hunting? I think on the kick panels I would make a cardboard template and cut them out of stainless. You can find all kinds of it if you look around, like old commercial washing machines, resteraunt equipment ect. I've got my eye on a front loader Speed Queen right now for the firewall in my hotrod.
Great ideas have always encounter violent opposition from mediocre minds.
