Just delt with the same problem, my '70 sat since '96 and was all seized up when I got it. When I finally broke it loose it smoked real bad and had very little power, I had to replace the rings and have the cylinders bored cause there was some damage in a few of them. Just be patient and take care of everything one step at a time, I've been putting a little bit of money here and there for a little over a year and it's finally paying off.

Im a fan of Marvel Mystery OIl but I think I would go with PB BLaster is I thought it was locked up. That stuff actually works pretty darn well for loosening up stuff that is rusty. I would use it with the red straw attached and try to shoot it into the spark plug hole from different angles so it could get the cylinder walls. If I couldn't turn it over using a breaker bar (after soaking with PG Blaster several times over a day or two) I would take off timing chain cover and remove timing chain. Then try again with breaker bar on Crank bolt. At this point you are just turning crank and not cam/valves... should be able to get it to turn over.

I was watching a TV show last night - Chasing Classic Cars and funny thing they worked on turning over an engine that been sitting for 30 years ( I think a Dino Ferrari). They used WD-40 with a long straw and sprayed each cylinder for 10 secs. Then with the car in gear, they slowly rocked the car back and forth... After it broke free they continued with the normal stuff and engine fired up.

Resurrecting an old thread.....the old 302 was indeed seized up. We put Marvel Mystery Oil in each cylinder and let it sit for a week. Then, it rotated a little bit...set for a while...rotated a little bit more...finally it turned all the way over by hand. Tires, a gas tank, radiator (leaking radiator was why truck was parked 20 years ago), and she fired up. We had it towed to have the brakes done and now we're rebuilding the carb and putting a few finishing touches on it and it should be ready to drive.

Wow. That is very cool. Should be an advertisement for Marvel Mystery Oil
Glad you got it going and on the road! Bet your dog likes riding in it too.
