Water pump pulley rubbing and off

Water pump pulley rubbing and off
Just replaced my water pump and went to put everything back together but now the inside of the pulley rubs the pump and is not in line with other pulleys. Can I shim it out until it lines up and doesnt rub. What are my options.

It sounds like the new pump shaft was pressed on too far. I'd get another pump.
