WTB an OEM 75-79 F series 2WD sway bar

Post by Lagniappe »

Looking for an OEM 75-79 F-series front sway bar. I'd prefer one with an OD larger than 1". I have the C mounts and would prefer an OEM installation rather than drilling my I-beams for an aftermarket install.

It's going on a '77 F-100 2WD. Shipping to the 70114 area code.

PM or Email through my account please. Can pay via PayPal or check by snail mail.

Thanks'

The forward-mounted Dentside factory front swaybar assembly was optionally availble on any '75-'79 F100-F350. The swaybar/assembly is the same for all of these series trucks from F100 through F350. All the factory front swaybars are 1-1/8" in diameter.

I was lucky enough to buy my '78 F250 CS front swaybar assembly (from a member on this forum) to put on my '69 F100. I was not able to locate one in my area and it took a good while before I finally found one here.

If you can't locate one locally or through the want ads here, go to Car-Part.com. There will likely be numerous listing from wrecking yards there for this swaybar. Search for '75-'79 front stabilizer bar.

Thanks very much for the steer. I'll look for them when I get back to the house from my business trip.

Thanks,
