Started to work on the leaf springs it turned out to be a pain in the butt I used the air chisel to get the sleeve out of one spring took over two hours so I went to Harbor freight tools and bought a 20 ton Press took two minutes I probably could've took it to machine shop and spent less but I figure the tool may come in handy later on

You're making some serious progress - the chassis looks fantastic

Looking good! I see you got the courage to install the stock style spring clamps on your leaf spring pack. Those things can be a real pain!

Re: 1967 F100 Ranger SWB
Been struggling with suspension components! suspension leaf springs are a pain in the ass I had to order some new straps but it's coming along. I hope this weekend will be will be the start of reassembly below you'll see pictures of breaks in early-stage reassembly paint came out good looks it's like a brand-new unit.
Carburetor and motor are complete and ready to go but I do still have to get a electronic distributor and some minor odds and ends got a new water pump from Napa for like 42 bucks. For that price I thought it would be best just to put a new one in The other one was a bit rusty. I chose not to take apart the rear end but I did replace seals and gaskets and new bearings on the axles.
