Did any of the Bump trucks ever come from the factory with Wagon wheels?

No I don't think the Ford "wagon wheel" came out until the mid to late 70s
The easy way to tell the Ford from the aftermarket is, Ford had a bolt on center cap and a smaller center hole that won't fit Jeeps or Dodges.
In the 80s they redesigned them a little and had a rolled edge where the center spokes met the rim.
