I am not to far from plumbing the brakes. I am running rear disc and I have done the CV conversion on the front. I believe a stock rear line would work fine and that would get it up to the cab and I guess the rest will need to be made. Where have you gotten your prebent lines? Looks like DC may have the rear line for $31 I think. Seems very reasonable if it is the correct line. Should I just scrap the prebent line and just make all of them? Never done it before but something else I could learn.
Also what kind of flaring tool are you using?

Jeez... $31 for one line? I darn near replaced all of my lines with a $30, 25-foot kit from Speedway Motors. You'll need tools so get Speedway's $10 tubing cutter, a $20 flaring kit from Autozone, and a bender... prices range from $30 to $130. Other bending tools include a spray paint can, pulleys of various radii. I'd get a tubing bender because it makes sweet, tight 90° bends.

I lucked out and got a brand new SS set from Inline Tube from a member for about $60 (thanks, Brandon!)

Re: What are you doing for Brake Lines??
I use NiCopp, rated for brake pressure, bends like soft copper, pricey as hell but easy to work with. Looks like copper or brass lines though. If you want that OE look, use steel. If the frame is off you can easily do either. I'm using this copper/nickel/iron alloy stuff because it's easy as hell to work with when the truck is together. It will never corrode either.
