:yt:, 289's, 302's, and 351w's are all Windsor short-blocks and most parts interchange between the 3. As dragon had said shop for 302 headers or 289/351 headers. Here's a page of them at summit:http://www.summitracing.com/search/Depa ... s=Rank|Asc

The reason they couldn't find them for you was because 351 Windsors weren't available in bumps.

i have 302 headers on my 351w in my 68 f100 2wd! they work but just barely they are a royal pain in the a$$ to get installed! the other route i thought about taking is short tube headers that stay close to the block might work but i have never had a set to actually try them!

When I had a 351W in my 71 I tried 3 different sets and never found a set that fit without hitting something. I either had problems at the starter area or the power steering gear box. I finally found an old un-used set of mid length headers with no names on them. Did some cutting and welding and got them to work pretty well

I remember reading a thread somewhere about this. Since 351W did not come in our truck you can't order an application specific header set. Someone mentioned you actually have to buy a set of 302's AND a set of 351's and use 1 side from each set to avoid running into hitting things.

Again this is all from memory of a post I read a long time ago.

I am looking for headers for my 351w in my 68 ford f100 and can't seem to find any, is yours an automatic or manual? Where did you find yours and did you put shortys on and then have pipe bent to fit?

I used a set of foxbody Ford Racing shorties. Clears the frame fine. Now I need to grab a mid pipe for a foxbody and see if I can make it fit with a few modifications.
