Order one of these in heavy assist and couplings to go from the splines it has to plain 3/4 round (so you can weld them into your steering shaft). install it in your steering shaft, have hoses made at any hydraulic shop. replace your old control valve with a manual steering drag link. Have your mind blown by how well your steering works. This will cost you more than $400.
The valve you have is pretty simple. If you installed the seals correctly and the sealing surface is good it can't really leak.

Try calling the Lares Corp. 1-800-334-5749 http://www.larescorp.com/
These are the people that re-manufacture most the steering boxes and components used in our 4wd trucks, they are the ones sold by the auto parts stores and online.
They can rebuild your valve for you.
Other than that, check out your local hydraulic shop or big rig service centers they do this kind of work everyday.
The valves show up on e-bay every once and a while, but I looked, none today.

Re: 1975 f250 power assist control valve
My son has a 77 F250 and I paid a mechanic to purchase the bendix style steering control valve. He took it out and he has been dodging phone calls. It turns out that he lost the original part. So I need to replace the valve and have paid him for parts and I don't have a core… Sucks!!! so if you still have the 77 f250 ford 4x4 bendix steering control valve can you let me know and how much.
