Post by mrtleavitt »

Okay what's the pros and cons of these two motors?
Is there anything really besides weight? What is the weight difference?

Aluminum FEs are all aftermarket and Dove had a casting problem that is resolved by now. Aluminum saves up 200 lbs on a FE. And aftermarket Aluminum and Iron FEs can be ordered set up with different stock bores and crank clearances.
