An OS handle is usually mounted above the passenger's side door...
It usually used when the driver is driving way to fast for the passenger's comfort...

Ohhh... yer actually lookin' for some...
Probably the best place to get them would be a hardware store like Home Depot, Lowes, or a truck stop.
They're just door or cabinette handles, but they use them on big rigs and buses too...
Another name would be grab bars / sport handles

worlds,
That's exactly what it's called on an airboat!
But some of the time it's a pedal instead of a handle to stop from flying off the boat!

If you happen to have a big truck salvage yard nearby you might try them.International and Volvo both use " assist handles" that would work nicely in a bump.

In life many men take the path of righteousness, some take the path many others follow (G.M. owners, for example), some take a more arduous path, some a simpler path. I, sir, took the PSYCO-PATH!!

When you turn 90 degrees going 65 mph. Passenger side spring bottomed out and driver side came up into the air. Same day I went to where the speedo goes no further

Sounds like you don't need a handle, you need a harness!
