re: 67 F100 Adding Middle Seat Belt?
A factory driver's/passenger's side seat belt won't work for a middle belt, since you don't want one that will retract. Ford didn't start using a retractor until '67, so if you can find an earlier truck to grab some good belts from, you can use either side to add to the middle position of yours....the bolt holes are already there in the cab floor.
Otherwise, any newer vehicle with belts would work. The middle position won't be equipped with retractors, so it's just a matter of going to your local Pick 'n' Pull and grabbing one out of almost any vehicle....if they'll sell you a used belt. Some won't, due to liability concerns.

The 71 did not have a middle belts when we got it, and my dad got lucky and found a green one in the junkyard. Green belts are hard to find for some reason. Most are black. Good luck.

re: 67 F100 Adding Middle Seat Belt?
The belt is wrapped around the retractor pin, so in order to use it you'd have to leave at least the retractor frame that holds that pin, but you'd have to cut the sides of it off in order to clear the seat frame when mounted. I don't see why you couldn't remove the retractor spring so it would always stay extended.
I'd just be careful doing this. Function is more important here than appearance. If you can find a middle belt from another vehicle that doesn't have the retractor but is a different color, you can very easily dye it to match your interior. Personally I think that would be a better choice.

The rear seats out of an econoline van, bronco, crew cab, maybe some of the cars, may fit.
I haven't installed it, but I got a couple of belts out of the rear seat of an econline. I would have liked green like you guys, but these are light blue.

They will fit and match exactly in some of the cars from a simular year. That is what my dad got his out of and it looks like his other belts and looks like the original one that came in my 72.
