Hey all, some paid time off is near and so is some weather in the 70 degree range. I figured it's a good time to start on the brakes. I've done a complete brake overhaul on my 67 and this 69's aren't much different. I bought this truck used and the brakes, even after adding a new MS and power booster, are still weak. Plus, it would pull hard the the passenger side. I removed all the drums and hardware and found a blown bearing seal on the driverside. Grease was packed into everything. I've driven about 7,ooo miles like this

. The picture with the shiny brake shoes shows the fresh lair of grease. The thing I cant figure out is the dogbone/fork looking part in the back. It was only on the passenger side. I know it's for the parking brake, but shouldn't there be one on the drivers side?
