Stock or 2000rpm stall for C6 rebuild?

Stock or 2000rpm stall for C6 rebuild?
I am having the C6 rebuilt. Should I go with a stock or 2000 rpm stall converter? Dailey driver, not much towing. Melling MTF-4 cam.
69 F250, FE Specialties 410, CJ Valves, RPM Intake, Holley 4150,......10 Smiles per gallon

With that cam I'd just keep the stock one.
