noisey front end

lookin for some help please- put a '73 front end from hub to hub on my '67 f100. everything was good, took it on a long trip and now i hear a rubbing sound and feel a very subtle but fast vibration in the steering wheel. allignment is new and true, tires are new and just ballanced, this didn't help. could it be my wheel bearings? hellp!!!

It very well could be wheel bearings which you will want to check before they go out cause then your stuck on the side of the road cussing at them!!!
