Swapping 360 for Cummins 4BT

I've got a 1969 F-100 4x4 with a 4 speed. I've got it running, but it sucks the fuel. I only really drive it a few times a year. I'm thinking of swapping the engine for a Cummins 4BT inline 4 cylinder engine. It's got 105 hp and 160 lbs of torque. It's used to power vehicles like bread delivery trucks, etc. Has anyone here done a swap like that? I've talked to folks who've swapped these out in their Jeeps, which I know are a lot lighter than this beast.
