Amount of fluid to put in rear end ?
I have a 1967 F100 The rear and has a code 41 on it how do I know how much fluid to put in ?

Not sure of the capacity (probably a couple of quarts at the most assuming it's completely dry) but when it starts to come back out of the filler hole, you're good.

If you're saying "41" is the ratio code, I don't know what that is since there's no 41 ratio code listing for a '67-'72 Ford truck.
Is this a Dana rear end or is this a 9-inch? If it's a 9-inch, it will require 5 pints of gear oil. This would be 2-1/2 bottles.

You fill it until the oil runs back out the fill plug. 
I used to use a short clear 3/8" hose on the tip of the quart oil bottles to fill them but have found a small hydraulic gear pump and electric drill works much better.
If it's a 9" 3 quarts will get you there with enough leftover to make a big stinky mess.
