OT - Dent side steering column tube flange

Post by sargentrs »

Got a friend with a '78 F100 that he bought new in '78. Driven daily since then. Only thing holding it together is rust  Anyway, his steering column tube flange has just plain worn out. This is the part under the steering wheel that the TSS bolts on to. He's tried ordering from DC twice and keeps getting the wrong part, it's too small. I think it may have changed between '77 and '78. Anybody got a part number or a spare '78-'79 column laying around they could get the tube flange off of? Willing to pay a fair price. Thanks for checking!
