HELP need source for upper shock mount 1969 F-100 4X4

I am to the point on my rebuild that I'm bolting on new stuff and thought I was done dealing with rusted parts.

I noticed the upper shock mount has rusted and torn off on the drivers side. This is the mount that mounts on top of the coil spring mount that is attached to frame.

I Dont care about originality so I could use an after market bracket. The only ones I see are for long travel or lifted trucks and mount in front of the coil spring bucket not behind.

UPDATE:
The top edge of the coil spring buckets are rusted through.
Need those as well.
