78 f250 front dana44 swap to 60

I need help im trying to find if there is another yr front dana60 that will bolt in place of my dana44 in my 78 f250 besides the hard for me to find 78-79 dana60? any help would be great.

The 78-79 D60 is the front end you want. for you its completely bolt in. for the earlier trucks its almost bolt in. in 1980 the frames got wider. If you dont mind cutting and welding spring perches then you can use virtually anything you want.
