68 F250 Steering column and/or parts

Looking for rebuilt or parts to rebuilt "68 F250 Manual (on floor) steering column.
Need:
Seal plate that attaches on cab side
-Column shaft (my tube is ok) (appears to be 36.5 or 37"?)
-bearings and attachments to hold bearings
- clamp that attaches at engine side of fire wall
- retaining clamp that sits on lower end of steering column before column screws into u joint
