steering shaft , clutch cable help cv swap

hello everyone. i have completed the cv swap in my 69 f100 i have seet the motor and trans inplace. i have two issues i am looking for help with. First the steering shaft i got with my 04 cv suspension is really short any hints on what to use?? mustang one??the second issue i have is the clutch cable for the t45 (99 cobra) is a pull style pedal works in push motion, any ideas? rather not spend alot of $$ thank you
