c6/AOD?

c6/AOD?
Does anybody know is there is a Ford product that had a FE motor and AOD tranny? Thinking on swapping my C6 if it`s doable.

The FE was out of production by the time the AOD came along. It will only work with a 'Windsor' block pattern.
It MAY be possible that there's some adapter available to mate the AOD to the FE but it will not directly bolt up to it.
