I have a 1972 ford f-250 Highboy. Im wanna swap out the 4 speed to something with an overdrive. Maybe a 4 speed with overdrive. Need a direct bolt in if possible. Thank you.

If you have $3800 and can fabricate/weld crossmembers, a TKO-500 behind a QuickTime bellhousing will work. It'll bolt up to an FE.... your issues will be the T-case, driveshafts, and crossmembers.

Thanks but im looking for a manual with overdrive. Something inexpensive kinda bolt right up deal.
