How common?

I know a million people probalby ask this, but I'm trying to figure out how common or rare my truck is.
It's a 69 F-250 2wd Camper Special, but was originally delivered as a cab and chassis. As far as I can tell, the only options otherwise are the auto tranny (c4), 300-6, and gauges instead of lights. It's an early 69 (11-68), but has the late style grill, with a white bumper. From what I can find, there were very few cab and chassis trucks with manual steering, and even fewer with manual brakes too, somewhere under 1,000.
