Weind INtake manifolds?

I have been looking at a Weind intake. Its a dual plane and i think its called the stealth with an RPM range from 1800 to around 6800. its a high intake. Will this give me better power for my 302 over the Edelbrock performer intake i have now? I havent really heard of anybody using a Weind Intake. Is it a good intake or not?

Well, it really depends on how built your engine is. If it's a stock 302 then it will probably take away some low end power and only hurt performance. If it's built up and winds pretty high then it would probably add some ponies, especially at the top end.

Ive used them on mild 460's (rv cam's) with great success ,and a 351w with a Ford Motorsport "E" cam and GT40 heads and worked great pulled hard all the to 6k, was way better than the performer that I had on it first,as fomocoguy said they work great on modified engines.

thanks guys, that is great info! my 302, is bored .030 over with the edelbrock performer intake with the edelbrock performer carb (600 cfm), and i have a Crane .484 lift cam in it so i think i may go ahead and invest in the Weind intake and save the performer for the 289 i have for another 67 bump!
