360/390 FE HEI Distributor and Gear Drive????

I'm almost afraid to ask based on what I've seen in regards to other parts for these engines BUT anyway the question is two fold. 1.are these items out there in the case of the HEI Distributor I want one with a adjustable Vacuum Advance & the Gear Drive I want to be the quiet type. 2. Have ANY of you ever used either of these components assuming they exist or for that matter used a variant of both on the same engine if so Impressions??? Results???
