Weird knock

I have a 360 in my 70 and just recently i noticed this weird almost knocking sound coming from the passanger side of the engine. Could 1 piston be mis-firing? What do you think?

using a pipe or rod put it to your ear and to different area's of the engine and see if you can isolate the noise to top end (valve train) or bottom end (crank, rods pistons)

Turns out that the sound was just the fuel filter spazzing out against the engine block. Lol, I guess I will just replace it from one from LMC.
