Pre bent PCV hose 1/2" to 5/8"

Does anyone know where I can get the prebent PCV hose for a 70 390? The PCV end i believe is 1/2" and where it connects to the carb plate it is larger 5/8" NAPA didnt have it.

I just used a 5/8ths hose on mine and clamped both ends.

I could probably do that the hose has such a drastic bends like a roller coaster

EGR?!! PCV hose is available from DC.

Mansfield Mustang has them also. He sells them for 1969 mustangs with 390 GT, but its the same thing. I've bought a couple of them. You can see a pic of them on his web site.
