I don't believe there's any significant different in ride height between the two sets. Ford had a set of ride height specifications for use by repair shops, and they didn't vary more than an inch or so between any of them IIRC. (I have the manual with all these specs, but can't seem to find it right now.) I'm thinking that the only difference was load capacity, not ride height so much.
