I did the same swap but with a carbed engine. You move the frame mounts forward into the exising factory predrilled holes. The Frame mounts you have were the same ones used with the 240 and 300. You will need the Bellhousing from the 1990 trans if you want to use the existing trans. If you want the newer trans you need to figure out a way to put in a hydraullic clutch. The only thing else you will need to do is Wire up all the computer stuff that runs the efi, and you are set. Good luck.
