my mom just bought.....

ok my mom just bought me and my brother a Isuzu rodeo. she came home and told me the only thing i need to replace is a carrier bearing.......now my question is what is this bearing and where in the read end (if thats the spot) is it located..... i've tried searching on the part store sites but for some reason i can't find one does it go by a different name or what?

The carrier bearing in usually a bearing that support the middle of the driveshaft... and the Rodeo doesn't have one IIRC...

Find out what is really wrong and maybe I can help more.

Yeah a rodeo should not have a carrier bearing unless it is a newer one that is a bit longer wheelbase, maybe. ould have meant the bearing in the carrier of the rearend? Good luck and keep us informed and should be able to help you out.

what you mean by the bearing in the carrier in the rear end.... its a 1992 rodeo

Rodeos are bad news. 1/2 the parts aren't made for them anymore.
