What's the difference ?

Post by wildcard »

Looking for a flywheel for my 71 with a 300 and a man. trans. I was looking @ AutoZone and they listed 2 different ones. ----
STANDARD $59.99 1 YR Warranty

PIONEER
Solid $369.99 3 MO Warranty

Seems like an awful big difference for the same thing. Anybody happen to know which I need ?
Also replacing motor mounts and there is quite a bit of difference in price range there. Any help appreciated.

Sounds like the standard is a remanufactured flywheel and the pioneer is a brand new one. I dont see a problem with going with the standard because it has a 1 year warranty. I have the same standard flywheels in 3 of my trucks and have had no problems.
