speedometer cable

Post by cathynkeith »

Change from 3 speed manual to c-6, speedometer cable is too short, anyone know what cable I should use?

Ya, a longer one!

Seriously though, some of the F600's that Ive worked on have a 2 ft extension that screws in between the original and transmission. Ive stolen one for my 69 F100 when I did the same swap.
Made my first million.....too bad it was mistakes..not dollars! Now pass me that crescent hammer.

I've got the same problem although I've been told a new cable is not that much, haven't investigated it yet though. :$$: :$$: :$$:
