clutch linkage and speedo cable

I am slowly getting all the stuff I need for my auto to 4 speed swap. The
pedal assembly is from a '67-'72, will the pedal to clutch linkage from a '79
work with these pedals? Also, will any year speedometer cable work as long
as it came from a 4 speed '70's to '80's truck?
I can't afford to buy a complete donor truck but it sure would be easier
that way.

Should all be the same to 1979.

After 1980 they did a redesign and I am not sure if it is the same anymore.

any speedo cable will work.

NAPA sells new ones for about $15 i think
