Why are you gonna do that my big pice of junk made it most of the way  Yours looks like its a TON nicer.

Yeah, im sure the old man would make it over, but it would be hard on him. Its been pretty much a weekend warrior for the last 9 years. Last time it was driven daily was in 00' when I drove it to school.

Interstate speeds might be hard on the old timer :zz:

Woud it be better if we did this in the fall? That woud be a nice drive sence the trees woud be red and yellow, And we woud have a long time to plan every thing out in Give evey one a heads up to see if they can get off work for a day or somthing.

Seems like a pretty good centralized location. Even though it's 700 miles from me. I'd like to go. Anytime yall decide. I'll make plans for it!

not to be the devils advicit but theirs alot of talk and intrest BUT NO PLANING. i'm more than willing to help in setting things up. i played in branson alot when i was 19 and 20 and still have friends in the area. this sounds fun and like something people would like to do. SO LETS DO IT! :2cents:

Well, if everyone wants to go all out lets plan on the Super Summer Cruise (aug 6-8).

If you dont want to mess with the crowd & the heat, we need to make a date in the springtime, sometime. Springtime is opon us tho....

Who wants to meet the 1st weekend in April??
Thats far enough ahead, plus it will still be cool, we can do the Super Cruise in Aug. if we want to as well.

If its in Branson on the weekend I'm in Forsyth every weekend so I wouldn't be far away. But if we do meet in Branson I probably wouldn't be in the 70 since I don't trust it to make the 45mi drive to Branson  but if y'all decide to do it at Lamberts I'll be right there in the 70 since I can probably trust it to make it the 10mi or so to there. Plus I'll probably be at the junkyard anyways since the junkyards less than a mile from there

I don't know I just used google maps to check the distance: http://maps.google.com/maps?f=d&source= ... e=UTF8&z=6

I had me routed on interstate 44 and not hwy 65 but I haven't even thought of the actual route yet. I have an aunt in collinsville ok so I may want to take the I44 route.

3.6 mi
16. Continue on US-60 E
9.6 mi
17. Take the exit onto US-65 S toward Springfield
4.1 mi
18. Take the State Hwy J/State Hwy CC exit toward Ozark
0.2 mi
19. Turn left at E State Hwy CC
0.1 mi
20. Continue on State Hwy J/W St Hwy J
Destination will be on the right

Yea of ya have aunt collinsville ok I can see going i44, I was just going to see if you was gonna go thrue Texarkana and littlerock and hit 65north at conway cuz I woud meet ya at a town called clinton, From there is a its a stright shot to branson. If you pull the bump you might not wanna deal with the Mountains even tho its purdy. Most of the way up there the road is nice and wide sence they rebuilt the thing a few years back. There was one of us from Little rock I have not seen him in a wile tho I'll see if I can find all the people from Ar and let them know what we are thinking about doing.
