Hi Bill! Those are great photos and it looks like you're doing a beautiful job! I like the new bolts you're using to hold the I-beams to the brackets.
Regarding the pinching, I have no idea if that's OK or not. The Dennis Carpenter bushings were a perfect, snug fit and don't look pinched, but they're a whole different animal since they're stock. Maybe other folks will offer some good advice on yours!
