Transmission question

i've got this transmission to put into my truck it's a ford 3.03 3 speed. is it supposed to be a column shift or a floor shift?
can i put it in and have it shift from the floor?
where should i get a shifter for it?

You can have it on the collum or the floor.

If you want it on the floor just go to your local parts store and ask for a 3 speed floor shifter.
